India is a nation with its population with an average age of 29 years as compared to other nations like China. U.S.A. etc. and would continue to be young for the next three decades . A large portion of the youth does not possess marketable and employable skills which is an obstacle in acquiring descent employment. This calls for an urgent need to make this population skilled, so that their efforts and energy are optimally utilized leading to a rise in their income levels.
The ultimate goal of strengthening the nation and replenishing the economy can only be achieved by training the manpower and gainfully employing them. Accentuate e Services,a Vocational Training Provider since 2007, is an extension of government vision to provide short-term vocational courses to develop and upgrade skills of unskilled and semi-skilled population above the age of 14 years .
All our efforts and activities will be directed to achieve the following:-
- To tap the hidden and unexploited talent in rural and semi-rural areas.
- To create an awareness about the efforts taken by private bodies in line with government policies and schemes to uplift the economically weaker section of the society.
- To provide a fresh start to the careers of unskilled and semi-skilled workers.
- To duly employ the unemployed and underemployed in gainful constructive jobs, thereby preventing involvement in wrongful and criminal acts.
- Lastly to equip the target group with capabilities and confidence to counter the challenges of life and learn and earn their livelihood with pride and honour.
